Agents Could Diminish the Need for CRM UIs

A discussion suggested that many CRMs don't need to be built from scratch because there are already active open-source projects available. Furthermore, the most critical aspect of a CRM might be the UI layer, which could eventually be minimized or bypassed entirely by agents. However, they also pointed out a practical reality: while building an MVP is easy, the investment and long-term responsibility required to maintain a production-grade CRM ready for 2030 are entirely different ballgames.
