Samsung Eyes Further 20% DRAM Price Hike in Q3
tengyanAI · x · 2026-07-11
Samsung is asking DRAM clients for a price increase of up to 20% in Q3, marking its third consecutive hike: prices rose by roughly 90% in Q1 and 50–60% in Q2.
TrendForce, which tracks actual transaction prices, estimates the increase to be between 13–18%. The author notes that both sides can't be entirely correct, and the real transaction levels will become clear in a few months.
