DeepSpeed shows AutoEP/AutoTP/AutoSP parallelism gains, hosts office hours
PyTorch · x · 2026-10-27
PyTorch announced DeepSpeed virtual office hours on Oct 27. At the PyTorch Conference, the team presented AutoEP (expert parallelism), AutoTP (tensor parallelism), AutoSP (sequence parallelism), and Ray-based pipeline parallelism, with benchmarks showing DeepSpeed matches or beats other state-of-the-art frameworks on tested workloads. The session will dig into these features and the proposed Q4 roadmap.
