Understanding is the Real Bottleneck in the Agentic Era

While autonomous loops are trending, most real-world agentic tasks still require human judgment. To direct an agent effectively, merely checking for correctness is insufficient; one must truly understand what the agent is doing.
He shares several methods for keeping humans "in the loop," combining old concepts from pedagogy and cognitive science with modern agent capabilities. The goal is to help everyone iterate faster through better understanding, rather than blindly handing over full control to the agent.
