Claude Code Desktop Gets Built-in Browser
ClaudeOfficial · reddit · 2026-07-11
The Claude Code desktop client now features a built-in browser, allowing it to directly open documents, design files, or other websites, and read, click, and interact with them just like a local build.
This feature is sandboxed and configurable: users can choose whether sessions persist. The official note reminds users to update to the latest desktop version to use it.
