Meta Enables Image Generation for Public IG Accounts
aakashgupta · x · 2026-07-10
A post reveals that Meta now allows all public Instagram profiles to be directly accessed by Meta AI: simply input a user's @ handle to generate images based on their recent photos.
Adult public accounts are opted in by default without notifying the user when others use this feature. The post contrasts this with Google's approach, noting that Gemini only generates its own persona and requires approval before activation.
