New features include a prompt for re-authentication when login is about to expire, a gray pause badge displayed at the bottom in manual permission mode, and the addition of extra working directories to MCP roots/list with change notifications. Fixes address issues such as a 15-20 second stutter when switching background agent sessions on macOS due to false low-memory warnings (a regression introduced in 2.1.196).
