ICML 2026 Tackles Growth: New Co-Submission Disclosure and Reciprocal Review Rules

To manage the rapid growth in paper submissions, the ICML 2026 Program Committee has opted against setting submission caps or fees. Instead, they introduced a mandatory disclosure policy for concurrent submissions and modified the reciprocal review system, alongside other measures to maintain review quality.
