Claude Code Split Submit Button for Easy Switching Between Fable and Opus

To address Fable 5's frequent false rejections, the Claude Code submit button is now a split button, allowing one-click switch to Opus to complete the current task, then switch back to Fable for review and progression, enabling smoother model-switching workflow.
