MihaelaVDS · x · 2026-07-03
On agentic diagnostic tasks for three diseases using the MIMIC-IV dataset, GLEAN achieved an AUROC >0.94 and a Brier score <0.10 under active verification. Its Brier score was up to 50% lower than the strongest baseline, and Best-of-N sampling boosted diagnostic accuracy from 55.6% to 77.5%.
