OpenAI limits paid ChatGPT accounts per device and card

OpenAI now caps the number of paid ChatGPT accounts per device and payment card (100/200/500 for Go/Plus/Pro), locking excess accounts at login. Existing subscriptions are grandfathered, but cancelling may mean losing the ability to resubscribe on the same terms.
