JHU and MIT Release OpenTac, an Open-Source Tactile Sensing Ecosystem for Robots
Johns Hopkins and MIT researchers have open-sourced OpenTac, a full-stack 3D tactile sensing ecosystem that lets anyone design and fabricate high-density, piezoresistive robot skin measuring normal and shear forces for any robot surface. The paper will be presented at CoRL.
