Prize-winning novel found 99% AI-generated despite contest ban

A novel by Peruvian writer David Silva Rojas won a €20,000 literary prize out of 2,204 submissions, but AI detector Pangram found about 99% of the text was AI-generated, violating the contest's explicit ban on AI use.
