State of AI report: Claude now leads 26% of Anthropic's model R&D

The ninth annual State of AI Report by Nathan Benaich says the frontier race is now a three-way contest among Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. It cites an internal Anthropic index showing Claude already leads 26% of its model R&D.
