Ryan Greenblatt, Redwood Research co-founder and lead investigator of the OpenAI-HuggingFace case, has joined AI safety evaluation org METR to continue investigative research. He now argues that high-risk internal information from AI companies, much of it relevant to catastrophic risks, should be made public.
