Figure Launches Helix 2.5: Humanoid Robots Work Zero-Shot in 30 Unfamiliar Homes

Figure released Helix 2.5, a new version of its foundation model for general-purpose humanoid robots, along with a demo on 09-18: CEO Brett Adcock shared a video showing humanoid robots working continuously for about 4 hours zero-shot across 30 real residences rented in the Bay Area. Arriving in completely unfamiliar homes, the robots began performing useful household tasks immediately, with no additional training and no data collected in these environments or on these objects.
