Dev Builds 40MB Copilot App for Linux, Patches WebKitGTK Bug

A developer built a 40MB Linux desktop client for GitHub Copilot using .NET 11, GTK4 and Native AOT, packaged as a Flatpak. Along the way he patched WebKitGTK to restore drag-and-drop disabled by a CVE and submitted the fix upstream.
