Dev builds 40MB Linux Copilot desktop app with GTK4, patches WebKitGTK CVE to restore drag-and-drop

Developer sirredbeard built a native GitHub Copilot desktop client for Linux using .NET 11, GTK4, and Native AOT, shipping at just 40MB; v0.1.20 is installable via Flatpak.
While building it, he found file drag-and-drop had been disabled in WebKitGTK due to a CVE. He wrote a patch set that restores the feature while addressing the vulnerability, filed it upstream, and in the meantime ships the app with a Flatpak overlay using his patched WebKit build.
