Google Open-Sources HEIR Compiler for AI Inference on Encrypted Data

Google and Jeremy Kun have open-sourced the HEIR homomorphic encryption compiler as part of Google's Private Computing Toolkit, letting servers run AI inference directly on encrypted data and return correct answers without seeing the data or the question. HEIR supports multiple FHE schemes and can compile Python/Torch programs.
