Google and Jeremy Kun have open-sourced HEIR, a compiler for fully homomorphic encryption (FHE). It allows developers to run inference on encrypted data, supports multiple FHE schemes, compiles Python/Torch programs, and targets hardware accelerators like GPU, TPU, FPGA, and ASIC.
