MVTrack Enables Ultra-Low Power Video Tracking on H.264 Streams

MVTrack introduces an ultra-fast moving target tracking method that operates directly on H.264 compressed streams without reconstructing RGB pixels. Accepted by the ECCV 2026 LoViF workshop, this system combines a lightweight motion vector field detector with a minimal association module to significantly reduce computational requirements.
