An open-source project called kimi-k3-in-c claims to run the 2.78-trillion-parameter Kimi K3 on a single CPU with about 8.24 GB of RAM. The key idea is not loading the full 1.5 TB checkpoint into memory, but streaming weights from SSD during inference.
