Northwestern University Develops Motion-Blur Stealth Drone

Northwestern University engineers designed Phantom Twist, a spinning drone that uses motion blur to achieve visual stealth. By rotating rapidly in opposite directions, it lowers visibility to the naked eye, effectively hiding in plain sight.
