Creator miilesus shared a workflow to replace every character in a video while keeping motion and editing intact:
- Generate character sheets with GPT Image 2.5 (characters can be designed in Midjourney);
- Use Seedance 2.5 Ref to Video (via EachLabs) to swap the original characters using the reference sheets.
He calls it one of the best ways to edit videos while preserving the original motion and sequence — and notes AI can do almost anything in seconds except write a good script.
