LF 调查：生成式 AI 使开源开发提速一半，但 25% PR 是 AI slop

A new Linux Foundation Research report (sponsored by Red Hat) on GenAI in open source development finds:

• 59% of maintainers report growing contributions, but an estimated 25% of incoming PRs are low-quality "AI slop";
• GenAI boosts productivity by up to 50% for contributors and maintainers across all OSS task types;
• The findings call for stronger AI governance: clear contribution policies, standardized attribution and verification, and continued investment in human mentorship.
