Codex 桌面版曝 bug：dot 无法读取部分会话线程

openai/codex 仓库新 issue（#52331）报告 ChatGPT 桌面版（Powered by Codex & OWL，ChatGPT Pro 100 订阅）中的 dot 助手无法读取部分 Codex 会话：报错提示 "post-cutover thread ID has unsupported placement region 6/14"，旧会话则报 "unsupported placement format version 3"；同时列出本地项目也失败（DesktopProjectsUnavailableError）。问题只影响部分会话，重启应用、重新授权、新建项目均无法解决。作者附上了完整复现步骤（通过 Copy deeplink 获取 thread ID 后让 dot 读取），官方已有 4 条评论跟进。
