数据科学作者 Hugo Bowne-Anderson 公开吐槽 Anthropic 的暗黑模式：想把自己的 Claude 订阅降级到免费版时，点「Adjust plan」后弹出的套餐页只有 Pro（$17/月）和 Max（$100/月起）两个付费选项，根本不存在「降级到免费」的入口。
他附上了完整的操作流程截图：设置里 Billing → Max plan → Adjust plan，页面标题写着「Plans that grow with you」，所有按钮都导向付费方案。作者呼吁 Anthropic 修复这一降级流程。
