Wrangler preview gotcha: wrap npx wrangler preview to override its output dir

On Cloudflare wrangler local preview quirks: if your preview command is actually npx wrangler deploy --env <something> rather than npx wrangler preview, behavior diverges. One fix is to write a script wrapping npx wrangler preview that overrides its output directory.
