Fixing axe parries and heavy hits in MiniMax H3 with FL2VA frame guides in ComfyUI

A dark-fantasy series creator details how he fixed melee combat shots for an axe-vs-mace fight using MiniMax H3 in ComfyUI, where most editing went into the few frames where weapons make contact.
- Floor parry (0:16): kept the original contact frames and used exact frames on either side of the recovery as FL2VA guides to replace the short stretch, cleaning up footwork while carrying the camera move.
- Axe hit: prompting a cut on impact made the axe turn flat and slap the ogre; prompting the edge to graze the belly and keep traveling worked better, then an edited ending frame carried the wound through a separate FL2VA pass, plus swapping the metallic clang for body-impact audio.
- Direct continuations: Motion Context with the last 22 frames and 0.75s of audio, trimming overlap once before joining, preserved pose and camera position across cuts.
He shares the finished episode on YouTube and invites comparison notes on where weapons still lose their weight in H3.
