Jackrong released Qwopus3.8-27B-Coder-Flash on Hugging Face, a Qwen-based 27B finetune positioned for practical software engineering, agentic reasoning and tool use.
- Design philosophy: "Flash — make each token count," following a workflow of read → reason → call tools → edit → test → recover → deliver.
- Compact, purposeful reasoning is a design goal, but the model card notes evals did not measure reasoning-token reduction.
- GGUF quantized versions (official and bartowski) are available for local deployment.
