Apple ships official Xcode plugin for Claude Code: build, test, previews in one install

Apple has submitted an official Xcode plugin to Anthropic's managed claude-plugins-official marketplace, authored under "Apple Inc." (co-authored by Apple engineer Jonathan Penn) and installed via xcrun agent plugin path in link mode.
One install gives Claude Code native access to Xcode across 5 capabilities:
- Build, run, and test schemes
- Render SwiftUI previews
- Drive simulators and physical devices
- Read build logs and diagnostics
- Search Apple developer documentation
Install with /plugin install xcode@claude-plugins-official. iOS development with Claude Code previously meant wiring up Xcode by hand; Apple has now shipped the official bridge. The marketplace repo, curated by Anthropic, currently has 46.4k stars and 4.8k forks.
