This PM replaced the PRD with an interactive Claude artifact
PawelHuryn · x · 2026-11-08
The author had Claude generate a shareable interactive artifact replacing a traditional PRD for AskOne, his live Q&A app. It includes:
- A 10-factor value curve against Slido and Mentimeter
- 7 segments scored on pain, willingness to pay, winnable share and referrals
- A 6-part value proposition for the beachhead segment
- Headline variants tested on a mock landing page
- High-fidelity main screens on example data, each job mapped to one screen
- Next builds ranked by impact vs effort
- 28 sources from seven research passes, with unverified items flagged
Anyone can drag scores or weights and watch rankings move, or toggle competitors on the curve. Picks are saved and read back by Claude, no copying. Once the team aligns, the agent builds the first working version from the same artifact.
