vork: open-source headless 3D & VFX engine built for AI agents
ravisparikh · x · 2026-11-08
ravisparikh launched vork, an agent-native headless 3D & VFX engine, now open source on GitHub as a research preview (800 stars). Realism comes from agent-written Slang materials (paint, paper, brush, sponge, metal, plastic), full path tracing for physically based reflections, and 173° motion blur. Written in Rust with Vulkan/Metal support and a Blender integration, it's positioned as a rendering kernel designed for autonomous agents doing 3D and film-grade VFX generation.
