Open-source Claude Code skill turns a song into a full music video, budget in mind
AIandDesign · x · 2026-11-08
Developer Marco (@AIandDesign) open-sourced claude-music-video, a Claude Code plugin that produces complete music videos from a single track plus a few mood words.
Pipeline: it analyzes the song's beat grid and sections, finds footage on archive.org or uses your own clips, optionally generates performer clips via any video-generation MCP you connect (e.g. Magnific), cuts everything to the beat, and renders a finished 16:9, 9:16, or square video with GPU compositing and per-video overlays.
Budget tip: ask the agent to state costs upfront — it proactively warns things like "this will use 50-80k Magnific credits, proceed?" before spending.
