NinaDSchick · x · 2026-11-07
The AI 2027 forecast tracker has been updated. Based on AECI scores from METR's report on Anthropic's internal models, some of those models now sit ahead of the AI 2027 scenario curve. Andrew Curran notes that while GPT-6 Astra ran five weeks behind the curve, the mysterious internal Model 4 is now roughly six weeks ahead. The Task-Horizon chart shows internal models (Opus 5.5, Model 2/3/4) approaching or crossing the AI 2027 line on METR's p80 task-length metric.
