Canva layoffs spark wave of cringe farewell posts on Australian LinkedIn, drawing mockery

After Canva laid off roughly 22% of staff, Australian LinkedIn saw a wave of departing employees posting cheerful farewell content, mocked in screenshots: one Growth PM's last post was an AU$338 invoice reimbursement for an Anthropic Claude Ultra subscription; another PM wrote a dramatic 'Slack is normally toxic but today is different, I was part of the 22%' post with a selfie at the Canva Campus booth. The poster quips that with such a generous severance package, not posting even one positive note about the company seems odd.
