A 2024 Google UK hire shared his Confidentiality and Proprietary Information Agreement, showing an extremely broad non-disparagement clause forbidding any criticism of Google forever, regardless of truth. DeepMind researcher DKokotajlo amplified it: 'Whatever happened to Don't be evil? It should not be legal as a condition of employment.'
