Anthropic is rolling out Claude Code Projects in stages: Projects become an ongoing conversation where Claude picks up tasks, coordinates threads, and reports back — also upgrading existing projects in chat and Cowork. Pro, Max, and Ultra subscribers can join the waitlist for earlier access.
