Anthropic Launches Claude Code Projects in Phased Rollout

Anthropic introduced Claude Code Projects on Nov 7, rolling it out in phases with Pro/Max/Ultra users able to join a waitlist. Former Conductor users can migrate their repos, and Projects now work as an ongoing conversation with Claude.
