Robot team goes from first data collection to live factory demo in under 24 hours

An embodied-robotics team turned first data collection into a live demo at a prospective pilot customer's factory in under 24 hours, with 13 people attending. Cable insertion needed only 200 demos despite occlusion. Lessons: faster setup needed, corrupted follower-arm states in half the demos (now auto-flagged), internet speed as bottleneck (Starlink poor indoors, SSD shuttling), and retrain rounds taking hours even on 8x H100.
