Persistent AI assistants from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta all stuck in North America
LaCaipirinha · reddit · 2026-11-07
A Reddit user observes that the big, touted persistent AI assistant products from OpenAI, Anthropic and Meta are rolling out very slowly: all remain US/North America only with no timeline for elsewhere, and in many cases are limited to high-tier subscriptions — though it's unclear why, given Meta's Muse has a totally free tier. They ask the community whether those outside North America are actually missing a killer app with fundamentally different functionality than regular model clients.
