The "Humanoids at the Edge" workshop at Humanoids 2026 (Dec 7, Santa Clara, CA) has extended its call for contributions to November 12, 2026, 11:59 PM AoE, accepting extended abstracts.
The workshop examines whether humanoids can perform sustained, reliable work in hazardous environments and space exploration, covering whole-body control, robot learning, teleoperation, sim-to-real transfer, post-deployment adaptation, and evidence of reliability and mission readiness when failures are costly. Organizer Elias Omarsar notes submissions are still open and welcomes questions.
