OpenVax, UNC Chapel Hill's open-source Python toolkit for personalized cancer vaccine design, launched a new website and is rapidly evolving toward OpenVax2, which will add long-read sequencing, structural variants, ncORFs, CTAs, viral antigens, and public mass spec data. Current components include Vaxrank (ranked vaccine peptides), Isovar, Varcode, mhctools, and MHCflurry, all pip-installable; the software has been used in 100+ clinical trials.
