Google rolls Gemini Business Profile tools out to Workspace accounts

Google's Nov 5 Small Business Bulletin says Gemini's Business Profile management tools are rolling out now to businesses using Workspace accounts, replacing the previous individual-Gmail-only setup. The help page has also dropped exclusions for the EEA and U.K., signaling relaxed regional limits.
Businesses with chat enabled now show a "Message" button next to "Call" on Google Maps listings on Android and iOS, with optional WhatsApp links. Caveat: a dead link or unread inbox now occupies one of the top buttons customers see on your Maps listing.
