A member of Cohere's post-training team announced two open Member of Technical Staff roles: Post-training (Data Infrastructure), for engineers experienced in building highly scalable data pipelines at the intersection of LLMs and engineering, and Post-training (Reinforcement Learning & Generalization), focused on creating new RL environments and algorithms to make models more generalizable and robust.
