ACO launches to track which AI shopping agents recommend you, on top of $10B annual agentic GMV

SeijinJung's team launched Agent Conversion Optimization (ACO), addressing brand visibility in agentic commerce: Muse, Instinct and Grok Bot already process $10B+ a year in GMV, yet no GEO tool tracks who they recommend.
What ACO does:
- Daily tracking of who Muse, Instinct and Dots recommend and why (each agent behaves very differently from typical LLMs, so they're tracked separately)
- Share of voice vs competitors, with alerts on changes
- Purchase path audit: a live agent walks offer → price → add to cart → checkout and shows where the funnel breaks
- Helena ships fixes: rewritten titles, structured fact blocks, retailer feed corrections and engineering tickets — nothing ships without approval, then the same queries are re-run to measure change
Initial access is limited to 100 brands. The authors highlight the "why weren't we chosen" panel as the most interesting part: brands see exactly why an agent picked a competitor instead of guessing.
