SpudStack: an open-source evidence-first review skill for Hermes Agent

The author open-sourced SpudStack (MIT), porting his Grok-based reviewer bot built on @poteto's pstack into a review skill for Hermes-Agent. It independently reviews plans, specs, diffs and builds — separating requirements, evidence, findings, and a final PASS/FAIL, treating missing mandatory proof as failure to establish acceptance rather than proof a feature is broken. Each finding records impact, evidence, owner, and closure condition. Install via hermes skills install dax8it/spudstack/skills/spudstack; other SKILL.md-compatible agents can adapt it.
