Kurzweil predicts full human body simulation by ~2035, cutting drug trials to days

Ray Kurzweil restates his timeline: longevity escape velocity around 2032, then full human body simulation by 2035. As compute improves, we'll simulate biology at every level — organelles, cells, tissues, organs, and finally the whole body — enabling digital drug testing that bypasses the hard time constraints of human trials. He argues this will radically accelerate medicine: from finding a drug to testing it on simulated biology, the entire process could take just days.
