Longevity Grok launches on xAI's Grok Bot as a personal longevity research agent team, pitched by Kai-Fu Lee
kaifulee · x · 2026-11-06
Kai-Fu Lee is promoting Longevity Grok (Personal Longevity Superintelligence, PLSI), a team of AI agents built by Insilico and David Sinclair's teams that runs inside xAI's Grok Bot platform for persistent agents.
The system consolidates lab results, wearables and health plans in one place, researches questions tied to the user's goals, and prepares users for physician visits. It operates under a priority-ordered set of "Four Laws of Longevity AI": do no harm; extend the user's healthy lifespan with measured, scored steps; act as a citizen-science layer pooling de-identified findings through the "Longevity MotherShip"; and keep delivering measurable research progress until aging is under control.
Onboarding takes three steps: sign up for Grok Bot, add the Longevity Grok setup, and let the bot handle most of the configuration.
