Developer Vincent Koc reports a 95% CI reduction on top of an earlier 80% cut, bringing his CI bill to 2-3% of a peak above $1M via adaptive testing.
Screenshot shows provisional results: across 106 CI runs in a three-hour window, test-file selections dropped 94.65% — 1,435,883 full baseline vs 76,796 selected, 1,359,087 skipped. He plans a write-up and an open-source library to plug into any CI.
